§ 11.14.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to protect the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of Duarte and property within the city of Duarte through the regulation of on-street parking on designated city streets during periods of precipitation or other natural conditions which pose a risk of water, mud, and/or debris slides and flows.
