§ 2.28.020. Meetings—Regulations—Records.

The commission shall hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of each month at seven p.m. at the Duarte Community Center or such other location as may be permitted by law. The commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of business and shall keep a record of its resolutions, decisions, findings, and determinations. Minutes of the commission meetings shall be maintained by the city staff person assigned by the city manager as the staff liaison to the commission.
